Square Alex-Biscarre, located in Paris’s 9th arrondissement, is a peaceful public garden created in 1964 on the former grounds of the Hôtel Dosne-Thiers. It is named after Alex Biscarre, a former Paris city councilor.
Covering 1,180 m², the square features a central lawn surrounded by a variety of trees (including purple beech, Austrian pines, maples, and magnolias). It also includes a children’s play area, a covered shelter, public restrooms, and water fountains.
